We recommend all newcomers to start training the waist of men and women by choosing Underbust corset. A corset covering the bust is not as practical and comfortable as a corset under the bust. How to download the measure? Start in a corset 4-6 inches smaller than the natural waist circumference.
You need a centimeter so-called meter, standing in front of the mirror you measure the waist circumference at its narrowest point. In women it is usually (2-4 cm) above the navel and in men just below the navel. If your natural waist circumference is, for example, 34 inches, then you order a corset in 30 ”size. All over the world, the sizes of real corsets are given in inches, every two (18,20,22,24,26,28,30 …). For the record, 1 inch = 2.54 cm. We convert the size by dividing the result in centimeters by 2.54. The result is your waist size in inches.
We subtract 4 or 6 inches from this number.
Of course, the result will be numbers with decimal places. Sometimes the number can be between two sizes, e.g. 25, 34. Then we inflate the result up to size 26. If the number is e.g. 24, 79, we lower the size to 24 inches.
When to subtract 4 inches and when 6?

If you are currently wearing XL sizes and know that you can lose excess weight very quickly and you are determined to simultaneously apply a healthy restrictive diet then subtract from the waist circumference of 6 inches or when your natural waist circumference is greater than 34, 36 inches. The XXL plus body is softer and more plastic, it can be modeled more strongly.
Do I have to do all these calculations?
If you are buying a UNDERBUST corset, simply select the size from the size chart based on your natural waist size. Unless your natural waist circumference is more than 100 cm, then you can be tempted to subtract 6 inches instead of 4. Size calculations in the tables are given after subtracting 4 inches.
